Service Contract

As part of our service contract, we commit ourselves to exceptional service. Not only do we commit to the quickest response times, but we also commit to making sure you benefit from your communication solution. From preventative maintenance and disaster recovery, to ongoing training, we are committed to your satisfaction as a customer. As part of our standard service contract (we can also customize our service contract as needed) we include the following services:

  • 2 Hour response time on critical service requests
  • 24 Hour response on normal service requests
  • 48 response on MAC (Move, Add, or Change) requests
  • Preventative Monthly Maintenance
  • Monthly communications system back up and safe storage
  • Remote dial in and technical support (on applicable systems)
  • Quarterly End-User training as needed
